We don’t believe in sole reliance on support centres in other parts of the world, which is why we employ highly skilled local support engineers to provide software & hardware support for the solutions we represent, including mission critical broadcast systems where downtime is not an option.

One of our core strenghts is to train up local engineers and build local expertise in the latest technologies, giving us the ability to partner with our customers, providing value added on-site systems SLA support.

Many of our customers struggle to find engineers who understand their own business, let alone understanding all of the complex systems that are now the heart of most technology driven companies. We provide the missing pieces of the puzzle by working together customer’s engineers, enabling a high level of support for both their own business workflows, and the equipment we supply to them.
